What a busy week at the Smith household! My newest mystery DRAPE EXPECTATIONS was released on Tuesday and I hosted a Facebook launch party that evening. (Paddy spent some of the evening on my desk while I chatted. Hubby was my virtual assistant this time around and he did a fabulous job.) Then... Miss Paddington turned one year old on Wednesday. I occasionally need to step back from the stress of my daily routine and relax. Going down to the patio to feed and pet Sunnybud gives me time away from social media and writing...time to just breathe and regroup. Recently I picked up my watercolor brushes again. What better subject to paint than Sunny snoozing in our yard!
