Paddington |
All three seem to recognize my husband and my voices. They look up at us when we talk and sometimes come running when we come in. They like to explore our feet and even sit there to nap. They also attempt to climb our legs which we are discouraging.
At first they were confined to one section of the room with creative furniture arranging. Halo helped with that, showing them and teaching them boundaries by rounding them up when they ventured too far. But now, at times, they run off to explore. Since there is a large cat condo in my office for our other cats (who we keep out of the office now), they are exploring that. But we've had to add a folding chair in front of it for them to jump on to get down. And of course those rugs around it.
They are so lovable and precious. Two have adoptive homes to go to at about 12 weeks. We're keeping the third, Paddington. How can we not?
Until next week...
Best,
Karen

The kitties have grown so much, I love seeing their sweet little faces in the morning. I am so glad you are keeping Paddington. You know that Paddington is going to need his own Facebook page eventually, lol. At least we have another 7 weeks to watch all of them grow and get into things. Will Halo become an indoor cat now? She looks like she has adapted quite well.
Oh, they're precious. Not sure I'd be able to let any of them go :)
Michelle--yes, Halo will be an indoor cat. After the kittens are weaned, we'll have her spayed and the. Integrate her with our others.
Jacqueline--we sure are getting attached!
I can't believe how big they are getting! And cuter with every day. Thanks for the updates :-)
